Greatest Achievement?
All four of Coach Kessel's children: Shauna (Western Illinois
University), Kandace (Western Illinois University), Brittany (Kent
State), Kyle (Texas A&M University) were all Division I scholarship
athletes. Coach K prepared them early on both physically and
mentally to compete at that level. This program is designed to
establish a "next level" training session for the serious, intense
player. This program includes:

2. Physical development - Ply-o-metrics and cardio
3. Confidence building and basketball IQ
4. Special skill enhancement customized to the talents of
the player
